As a member of the Team, the person will have to ensure the success of the CRM Rollout Program by doing the role of customer planning functional analyst, work with the market, and ensure timely delivery of solution to end user
The role is part of the team delivering improvements to the Customer Planning and managing solution - a key business initiative to be implemented across all markets and it requires to enable team to deliver all the necessary enhancements to the customer planning solution
As such, her/his main responsibilities are the following:
Developing new functionality for the Customer Planning Solution. Providing knowledge to implementation and support team.
Avoid delays in turning around critical fit gaps to markets.
Ensure common understanding of requirement and issues
Analysis of business requirement
Testing and documentation of enhancement
Specification and development of functional enhancement to the Customer Planning and managing solution (SAP BI-IP Technology)
Resolution of incidents, TPR/RM and RCâ€™s for CRM/BI Integration areas
Trade tickets analysis of fixes for dependencies and risk assessment
Ensure end user satisfaction of the Customer planning solution
Strong aptitude for functional analysis and development
Experience in using Globe methodology and tools
Working experience of BI or BPS an advantage.
Customer planning process knowledge
Advantage to have Expertise of CRM 2007/7.0 solution/integration with BI including report â€“ report interface and integration between CRM from BI
Advantage to have Expertise of front end rendering and use of PBS technology
Expertise of front end rendering and Use of BPS technology
Trade, Marketing and Sales Planning and execution processes
Good presentation and communication skills
