SAP Development Teamlead - SAP

Your new challenge

Supervise, guide and mentor ABAP development staff (team of about 12); Liaise with Functional Analysts to translate business functional requirements to technical solutions; Manage work load, deliverables and quality of program code; Responsible for the efficient and effective processing of development requests; Hands-on development using ABAP

What we ask for

6 years experience with SAP development tools and methods; Advanced knowledge of query language syntax; 2 years of relevant structured education and training. Formal degree in a technical field e.g. Information Technology or Engineering is preferred; 2 years experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment is a plus; Good mentoring skills to convey knowledge and develop skills within Technical Support Team; Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, interact with various functional areas, communicate in non-technical language, comfortable in a global multi-cultural environment; Flexible working hours including weekends and evenings; Available for travel as needed for meetings, work assignments and training; Fluency in English
