Our customer, a global player is currently looking for a

Business Analyst SAP HR (w/m)

Ihre neue Herausforderung

You will work closely with market implementation and support teams in the structured assessment of how specific market business requirements can be best supported by the Global Application Template and assist in the implementation thereof. The position is located in Frankfurt/Main. The functional responsibilities are:

•  Contribute to a successful implementation and sustain related work in each business application management stream.
• Provide business process and Global Template expertise on a specific business area.
• Assess market business requirements to establish alignment with Global Application Template processes and 'best practice' in collaboration with Business Excellence and market process owners.
• Conceptualize solutions for market business requirements not supported by the Global Template and provide workaround concepts.
• Review functional specifications for any custom application development required to complement the standard Global Application Template.
• Provide implementation assistance in the markets, ensuring the global solution is implemented efficiently and that it provides adequate coverage to meet the markets' business needs.
• Resolve process related problems (level 2), including initiation of corrective action or system change requests as appropriate.
• Solve incidents and problems as Level 2 support for all global markets.
• Provide training and documentation to assist the Implementation Specialists   

Unsere Anforderungen

• Good knowledge of SAP HR in processes, architecture and functionality
• Experience with process definition within a SAP ERP application environment and full life cycle project experience
• Strong achievements focus i.e. high energy levels and commitment to end results.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into simple models that can be more easily understood by the general business community decisions.
• Effective interpersonal and communications skills in spoken and written English
