SAP - SAP CO-PS Module Specialist

Your new challenge

you will be responsible for project analysis up to integration of the testing strategy, as well as maintain expertise and ensure right level of support for the SAP CO-PS Module. You will act as Single Point of Contact for this module. More precisely, your main tasks will be the following: Formalise and analyse business requirements in this area of responsability and propose solutions. Evaluate effort. Design and collect the related information from the Business, prepare and conduct workshops. Lead the project or be part of the project team. Ensure the project deliverable are provided and project deadlines are met : feasability study,  or Business Blue Print

Functional and technical specification
Test strategy and test cases
Attend the functional & technical meetings such as Business Requirement Review,FeS; Technical Specifications Review.
Configure the system in the area of responsability accordingly to the confirmed to-be process or project blueprints
Carry out integration tests. Stay in contact with the Business owner to coodinate the UAT (User Acceptance Tests), collect and archive the test data from business owner. Carry out UAT were appropriate.
Ensure Traning for Key Users and post Go Live support
Ensure up-to-date process and project documentation. Document the implemented solution in Aris. Collect and archive documentation from service providers. Review project specifications in order to confirm that they meet company standards.
On a daily basis, the job owner is responsible of an application portfolio. The responsibilities include:
Provide high level assessment in TPIA and challenge business request or functional architecture.
Identify potential process optimisation and advice the Business on SAP best practices
Act as a Function Expert on the SAP CO-PS Module
Maintain internal expertise: technical, interfaces and business rules
Plan and implement system enhancements, changes and evolutions in accordance to change management procedures. Ensure the solution are moved to quality and productive systems on agreed timeframe.
Provide 3rd level support. Respond to request from 2rd level support. This encompasses the prioritization of incidents, and there subsequent resolution in an efficient and timely fashion and in accordance with Incident & Problem Management procedures.Analyse more difficult production problems and issues. Propose solution, bug fixes, make enhancements. Report the causes and solution back to 2nd level support team.
Update its own capacity planning in order to give visibility in IT Solution capacity

What we ask for

Bachelor or Master degree, qualified expertise in SAP Module Controlling, Finance, Project system (SAP certification a plus), 5-7 years experience in the SAP CO-PS Module. Experience with all the sub-module of his (her) responsibility and at least one cycle of a full SAP upgrade experience with ECC 6.0. In depth knowledge over the whole ERP area. Good Functional & technical understanding, as well as interest in the Business Strong analytical skills to perform efficient analysis & synthesis. Excellent communication skills for interactions with the business, English and French Language fluent.
