Supply Chain Project Leader
Your new challenge
Mission
Support activities within the Supply Chain Department to:
Improve Supply Chain Performance, Risk Analysis and Implement appropriate SC Metrics
Responsabilities
Project Manage transversal process improvement initiatives in all SC scope such as: distribution, warehousing, order management, etc.
Map processes, identify issues and support Supply Chain experts in implementing best-in-class activities
Conduct Global & Local Supply Chain Risk Analysis & adequate Actions plans
Identify, implement appropriate Supply Chain metrics to set a continuous improvement philosophy
What we ask for
Profile
Master Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management IML or equivalent a must
Master Degree in a technical field an asset
Lean Certification an asset
+ 8 years in managing projects in an International Supply Chain organization (matrix organization)
+ 8 years in managing activities in Transportation / Warehousing and/or Order Management
People management an asset
Fluent in French or English with a very good command of the other language, other languages: Spanish, German or Portuguese an asset
Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio) a must
SAP R3 (MM, PP, SD) a strong asset
Skills
Customer oriented
Ability to work under pressure in a international environment
teamwork spirits and team player
Strong communicator
Ability to travel (20 to 40%)

8 years in managing projects in an International Supply Chain Organization
Fluent in French & English
Suisse or C/B/G Working Permit, EEC
